Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially hostess Kézia, were very kind and patient despite language barriers. The kitchen and shared spaces were modern, clean, fully equipped with cold drinking water taps available. The air conditioning was in excellent working condition and adjustable according to needs. The neighborhood was safe with supermarkets like Pão de Açúcar and the luxurious Italian bakery Fiorella within walking distance, bus stops to Vila Mariana metro station were close by.
