Friendly staff, especially Eder and the manager who spoke English fluently and helped a lot, strong WiFi was available. The kitchen had a fridge and cooking facilities, breakfast included coffee and biscuits. The location was near bus and metro stations with many restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bakery, bars nearby in a safe neighborhood with a nice patio. Daily cleaning was done despite initial mess at check-in.
