Close proximity to the metro station and Avenida Paulista was noted. The environment resembled a hotel more than a hostel, with many guests appearing to be business travelers. Cleanliness and comfort were consistently highlighted, including clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff across all departments were described as friendly, kind, and helpful. A rooftop terrace offered views of the sunset.
