We loved the room and the rooftop pool with its city view, plus the gym was huge and really made us want to work out even on holiday. Arriving late, it was great to find a convenience store in the basement with self-checkout, and the facial recognition entry made us feel very safe. Communication was steady, and even though setting up the laundry app took a bit because it was in Portuguese, we’d definitely recommend this place for a stay that feels like home.
