The apartment was clean, organized, and cozy with excellent bedding, strong shower, air conditioning working well, and kitchen utensils that met all cooking needs. The host was attentive and flexible with check-in times and provided helpful information via WhatsApp. The building had a modern gym, a pool with a beautiful city view at night, and a mini market nearby with ready meals like sandwiches and lasagna. The location was close to República metro station (yellow and red lines), Avenida Ipiranga with many restaurants and shops, Carrefour express around the corner, and a fresh fruit market on Saturdays in front of the building.
