The hotel featured a great central location close to Avenida Paulista and various eateries. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with fresh towels and good pillows. Breakfast offered a nice variety including gluten-free options, fruits, cheeses, breads, cereals, juices, and cake. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Complimentary coffee, water, and snacks were available at reception.
