The room was comfortable and the location excellent, close to Avenida Paulista. Breakfast was consistently good with an omelette station and attentive waitstaff. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Some rooms showed signs of being a little outdated, and the shower quality varied. Housekeeping maintained high standards during the visit.
