Friendly staff at reception were always eager to help and the cleaning lady did a great job while the breakfast lady prepared a very good breakfast with fairly good English, the room was quite large, nicely maintained, had a balcony, and was comfortable with a nice shower. The location was really good near Rua Augusta and Frei Caneca convention centre, close to many places for drinking and dining as well as walking distance to Av Paulista and metro station Consolacao.
