The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Tietê bus station with elevator access for easy luggage handling. The rooms were clean and of good size, offering reliable WiFi and a breakfast with a wide selection of fruits. Staff provided helpful service, including assistance with luggage. Access to nearby fast food outlets and local restaurants added convenience. The hotel security managed taxi calls due to safety concerns outside.
