Marcela at reception was very nice and helped with quick key collection and clear explanations. The loft had comfortable beds, air conditioning that cooled the whole room, clean linens and bathroom, and space well distributed for four people. The location was convenient right next to Congonhas airport with no noise disturbance during the night.
