Clean and new studio had great location near Moema metro station with nearby bakery and restaurants, the building had coworking space, gym, pool, and secure 24/7 security. The host Magda was very attentive and patient while the apartment was on a high floor with beautiful view, spacious closet, good quality bed linens and towels. Kitchen had induction stove, steam iron, extractor hood working well, laundry machines cleaned clothes without damage for about 12 reais per wash/dry cycle.
