The apartment was clean, compact, and functional with a comfortable bed, induction stove, coffee maker, microwave, minibar, basic utensils, and a steamer in the bathroom cabinet. The bathroom had a good shower with excellent water flow. The TV was opposite the bed and internet worked well. The condominium had friendly staff and a well-maintained pool open until midnight. A small convenience store was in the building for basics. The location was very good near Tietê bus station with easy Uber access and quiet surroundings at night, the balcony view faced a school.
