The apartment was clean, well organized, and had air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery. The pool was heated and the parking was covered and secure. The building had an efficient reception with keyless entry by code and nearby shops. The location was close to Marginal Tietê with easy access despite the neighborhood being considered dangerous.
