The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during New Year's Eve at Avenida Paulista. The beds had curtains for privacy, with a nearby power outlet and ambient light. Bathrooms were clean with shampoo and liquid soap available, and towels could be rented for 15 reais. Lockers were provided for luggage storage. The shared kitchen had a stove and microwave but limited crockery with only one spoon, fork, knife, two mugs, and four cups. The location was safe and privileged near Avenida Paulista and Consolação metro station with many cafes, restaurants, museums, grocery stores within walking distance.
