Friendly staff, especially Luma and Filipe who helped with flight ..., made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location was near bars, restaurants, graffiti wall, and nightlife but in a quiet street with gated entry and 24/7 security. The room was big with comfortable beds and had a fully functional kitchen and hot shower.
