The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist Kelly who was sweet and welcoming, and they made sure I was comfortable with attentive service including a video for self check-in and emergency contact. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, spacious desk with an electric socket, cable TV, bathroom had a spacious shower with soft towels and toiletries. The location was great near Paraíso Metro Station in a safe area by São Paulo standards.
