Newly renovated rooms were comfortable and clean, with fresh decor throughout. The location offered easy access to the metro, airport, and Tietê Bus Station. Air conditioning and a TV with multiple providers were available in the rooms. Staff members were friendly and professional, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel provided good value at half the price of nearby options.
