Situated near the University of São Paulo, the accommodation offered a convenient location with two supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and met expectations for the price paid. Breakfast was available at an additional charge, requiring a sign on the door to avoid being billed. Despite some street noise and barking dogs, sleep quality remained adequate. The owner communicated in English.
