Friendly staff, especially Charles and Natalia who gave great recommendations, made the stay welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The neighborhood was safe, calm, and close to Avenida Paulista with many restaurants and services within walking distance. Music from the school across the street could be heard but was pleasant. Communication before check-in was clear and helpful.
