The location was very close to Luz train and metro stations, providing convenient access to the financial center area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and allowed early check-in. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with some offering balcony views of the neighborhood. Security measures were in place due to the surrounding area conditions. A convenience store was located next door with a small supermarket nearby.
