The gym was very good and the apartment was clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony. The air conditioning cooled only the living room and made noise while the building had only one elevator working and the garage space was small. The staff were helpful but did not provide kitchen towels or extra trash bags despite promises. The location was convenient in São Paulo.
