What stood out most was how skilled and available Guilherme and his team were during our stays at RADISSON & WHYLDHAM. Sure, things like a broken sink or fewer towels happened, but they were fixed the next day with the owners themselves involved-friendly and smart people. It wasn’t a perfect stay, but nothing small could hide how professional and welcoming the team was, they really rocked.
