Breakfast had homemade cakes and a menu with freshly made items, the coffee was good. Staff were friendly, helpful, kind, and spoke English. The hostel was clean with comfortable beds that had privacy curtains. Location was excellent and safe, just 1-3 minutes walk from Brigadeiro metro station and one block behind Avenida Paulista near museums, malls, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and shops. Laundry service returned clothes within 24 hours.
