The studio was very clean, new, and modern with all the amenities and several utensils for cooking, Lucio the owner was flexible with check-in and checkout times and communicated directly. The building had 24-hour security, a nice gym available while the pool was under maintenance, and it was located near a Carrefour supermarket just 30 meters from the entrance in a quiet and safe area close to Brooklin metro station.
