The flat is exceptionally clean, well organized, and comfortably decorated with all essentials including a good hairdryer and mini toiletries. Its location is excellent-quiet yet close to the metro stations Vila Madalena, Pinheiros, Pompeia, and Perdizes-offering both tranquility and convenience. Facilities such as a gym, pool, launderette, and an on-site market add great value. The apartment features fast internet and a very good shower in a functional layout at a fair price. The building provides secure surroundings with friendly staff available for assistance.
