The apartment featured a clean, modern design with a large comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. The building offered secure access with smooth self check-in and responsive staff. Amenities included an on-site pool, sauna, gym, 24/7 convenience store, laundry facilities, and work areas. The location was very convenient near República metro station and close to Avenida Paulista. A balcony provided a great view of the square outside.
