Round-the-clock receptionHelpful staff, especially Bruna at reception and the cheerful lady working at breakfast, were noted. Breakfast had fruits, cheese, ham, cake, and was simple but satisfactory. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a basic shower. Early check-in was possible without problems. Police presence in front of the hotel made the area feel safe despite being in a not-so-good neighborhood of São Paulo.
