The location was really good, right by the Vila Mariana metro entrance, just a two-minute walk, and everything was close by like markets, bakeries, and bars. The hotel was simple but well-organized with parking, and the room had everything working fine like the shower, air conditioning, and TV, which was great for a night while traveling for leisure.
