The hotel’s ratings are misleading, and what you see online doesn’t match reality. They say breakfast is included, but all we got was a tiny bit of bread and eggs served only if you ask, and no real restaurant, just a small kitchen. The staff was unprofessional, the reception guy often disappeared for hours, making it risky if there was an emergency, and we were even forced to pay again at check-in because their system didn’t register the ... payment.
