The location was great and the front desk staff were really helpful, but the property felt a bit run down compared to other H4 spots in SP. We enjoyed a spacious one-bedroom suite with a small kitchenette, balcony, and a nice city view, plus cold AC and dark curtains that made things comfortable. Housekeeping did a solid job too.
