Helpful front lobby staff and quick, kind owner were noted. The apartment had good space with a balcony overlooking the city, included private covered parking and breakfast was served on site, however, the TV remote did not work and some areas needed painting, especially bathrooms. Location was excellent with easy access to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, Avenida Paulista nearby and many attractions within walking distance. Building was under repair with noisy renovations next door including Sundays and corridors were dirty.
